Repair and Maintenance

1. The therapeutic dish can be easily damaged by falling, being knocked or being over-pressed (exclude in the warranty).

2. Damp or water must be kept away from the device. Cover the cover promptly after having finished use.

3. The case of malfunction with the device is not common, but if there is any problem due to improper use, please contact local maintenance branch for the repair. The device is fully sealed, not open without approval.

4. Disinfect and sterilize the therapeutic device from time to time in order to maintain the cleanliness. Use cotton swabs soaked some 75% of to repeatedly wipe the outer surface of the therapeutic device, in particular the therapeutic dish should be polished several times to meet the

disinfection and hygiene purposes. Avoid fluid dripping into the internal part of the instrument that may cause electrical circuit damage.

5. The warranty period is one year for main device and repair for three years.

How to get the warranty

6000 times said in the User’s manual is the physical life span of the therapeutic dish bought from normal route. It excludes improper operation. Longma guarantees that the emission system, control system and power indicator light of the main device will be kept in good condition for one year (from purchase date) or replaced based on component price. If the malfunction is caused by the quality of the product, and if you comply with the above conditions, please fill in the credit card in the package and contact with the local retailers in time, we will provide you good after sell service.

I、The treatment method for limb pain is “Ashi points”
